Pick a category to see the buying guide, the best-of lists and the comparisons. Each category page uses criteria that fit that kind of product, so hosting is judged differently from AI software.
Intro price, renewal price, term length and VAT decide what you really pay.
CRM, accounting and project tools: check per-user pricing and what the free plan really covers.
Usage limits and credits matter more than the headline monthly price.
Seat counts, contact limits and data allowances drive cost.
Plan fees, card fees and apps add up; compare the monthly total, not the plan.
VPNs, password managers and backup: check device limits and business licences.
Metered billing means the entry price is rarely the bill.
Mini PCs, storage and networking: compare total cost, power draw and upgrade paths.
The aim is a price you can rely on, with the context needed to judge it. We follow the same review method and editorial policy as the rest of URIVIO.
We take plans and prices from the vendor's official UK pricing page, not from third-party listings.
Every figure is stored with the date checked, the billing term and whether VAT is included.
Published prices are stated as facts. Our view on who a plan suits is labelled as our judgement.
We link each check to a full comparison, so you can see who should choose the plan and who should not.
A lower first-year price can cost more over the full term. These four checks take a minute.

Not yet. Right now this page shows published plan prices that we checked against each vendor's own UK pricing page on 8 October 2026. When we add a code, it will show the date we checked it and where it came from. If a vendor's best price needs no code, we say so.
Start with the vendor's own plan page, because many hosts apply their lowest price automatically when you choose a longer term. Then compare three numbers: the introductory price, the renewal price and the term length. Check whether the price includes VAT, since UK pricing pages often show it excluded.
Many hosts and software vendors sell the first term at a discount and renew at the standard rate. In our 8 October 2026 check, Hostinger's entry plan was £1.49 a month on a 48-month term and renewed at £7.99 a month, so the renewal price is the better guide to long-term cost.
The Hostinger and SiteGround prices shown here exclude VAT, as stated on their UK pricing pages. Your final basket can be higher. Shopify bills UK stores in pounds, and the figures shown are its plan prices.
It depends on the decision you are making. A trial lets you test whether a tool fits your workflow before paying anything, so it suits software you are unsure about. A discount suits a tool you have already decided on and plan to keep for the full term.
URIVIO may earn a commission if you buy through some links on this site. That never changes how we rank or describe a product, and our recommendations are based on fit, features, price and tradeoffs. Our affiliate disclosure explains how this works.
Each price check carries the date it was made. Prices change often, so treat the date as part of the information and confirm the current price on the vendor's page before you buy.
